    • Supporting the international e-commerce team of Women'secret across 9 markets (BE, DE, FR, HR, HU, PL, RO, RS, MX).
    • Translating and adapting newsletters and homepage content for each market, coordinating corrections with local teams in Croatia, Hungary, Serbia, Romania and Poland.
    • Building and deploying newsletters in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MAT), ensuring correct URLs, legal notices, imagery and market-specific collateral naming.
    • Creating push notification campaigns for the Mexican market from Marketing Cloud.
    • Assisting with creative production and layout adjustments in Figma for campaign assets.
    • Requesting promotions with their export codes and QA-testing them in staging before go-live (discount, conditions, cart behaviour, legal).
    • Reviewing both staging and production environments to guarantee content accuracy before and after publication.
    • Managing Trello boards to coordinate tasks with the development team, tracking status, revisions and deadlines.
    • Monitoring the international retail calendar to align promotions, sales and pre-sales across markets.
    • Analysing newsletter and campaign KPIs (open rate, CTR, total sales, conversion) and logging performance per market in Excel to inform future campaigns.
